We are able to call Nichols Construction a true roofing contractor because of the Roofing Specialty designation on our NC and SC General Contractor’s Licenses. Very few “roofers” in North and South Carolina hold this distinction.
Charlotte roofing contractors can legally perform a project up to $30,000 in value with nothing other than a local business license. That does not mean it is a good idea. There are many reasons not to use an unlicensed contractor, but two you need to know are:
